The fees stated here are in Australian Dollar (AUD) and inclusive of 10% GST (Australia Goods and Services Tax).

Tutorials/Workshops Day Registration Package (Mon-Tue April 7-8) **

** every workshop paper requires at least one full conference registration.

Single Day only: $550 ($500 + 10% GST) for Late Registration

Instructions and Terms

Payment methods

  • On-line secured credit card payment with one of the following cards: VISA or Mastercard (Each credit card type attracts a merchant fee of 1.96%).
  • Offline payment by bank transfer to the Conference Online Pty Ltd. IMPORTANT – make sure that the reference number appears on the reference field and your name on the message field of the bank transfer.

  • Online bank transfer to Conference Online Pty Ltd.

 

REGISTRATION CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policy:
All registration fees are fully cancellable until Friday 7th March 2014. Please note, any refunds will be provided less any credit card surcharges paid and a $75 handling fee up until this time.

Cancellations received after 7th March 2014 will incur the following penalties:

  • If cancelled greater than 30 days prior to conference: The full registration fee will be refunded less any credit card surcharges paid and a $75 handling fee.

  • If cancelled 14-30 days of the conference: 50% of the registration fee will be refunded less any credit card surcharges paid and a $75 handling fee.

  • If cancelled less than 14 days of the conference: No refunds can be issued, however registrations may be transferred to a replacement colleague of the same or lesser value.

  • Credit Card surcharges: Full or partial cancellations are also charged a credit card processing fee of $25.00 (plus GST).

Registraton Change Instructions:

At the time of registration you will be asked to create a password. Once you have completed your registration, a confirmation will automatically be emailed to you.

Using the link provided in the confirmation email and by entering your Booking Number and Password you may make any changes, additions or cancel your booking.  For example:

For conference cancellation fees please refer to the Terms and Conditions at the end of the registration form. Full or partial cancellations are also charged a credit card processing fee of $25.00 (plus GST).

Letters of invitation

The Congress Secretariat will send you a letter of invitation upon request and after the full conference registration payment has been received.
